  • 1.5 cups Almond Flour Can substitute with rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and baking powder. Stir until combined.
  4. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown on top and the center is set.
  7. Cool for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
