Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil Pasta: Fill a large pot with water, add salt, and bring to a boil. Add small pasta shapes and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. Prepare Seafood: Cook fresh shrimp in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until pink. If using pre-cooked shrimp, chop them.
  3. Chop Vegetables: Finely dice celery, red bell pepper, and red onion. Chop fresh parsley for garnish.
  4. Mix the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, add cooled pasta, seafood, vegetables, and dressing. Gently toss to combine.
  6. Chill the Salad: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
