Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) for even baking.
  2. If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture. If using fresh broccoli, briefly boil florets for 1-2 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bacon, broccoli or spinach, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
