- Preheat your oven to 375°F (191°C) for even baking.
- If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess moisture. If using fresh broccoli, briefly boil florets for 1-2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bacon, broccoli or spinach, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Scoop and enjoy!
