Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the sesame oil over low heat. Add grated ginger, minced garlic, and garlic chili sauce. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in water and Bragg's Liquid Aminos or soy sauce. Increase heat to medium and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add ramen noodles once boiling. Cook for 30 seconds, then turn off heat and cover for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Prepare any optional vegetables; blanch if desired. Fold cooked vegetables and tofu into the noodles.
  5. Ladle ramen into bowls, garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
