Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and cool on a baking sheet.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet with olive oil for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Rest for 10 minutes, then chop.
  3. In the same skillet, cook bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  4. Whisk together dressing ingredients in a separate bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. In a large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, feta, onion, and dill. Pour dressing over and toss until well mixed.
