- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the cornflakes, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sea salt. Pulse until fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and hot sauce. Coat chicken in egg mixture, then dredge in cornflake crumbs.
- Arrange the chicken on the baking sheet with space in between. Drizzle olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While baking, make the hot honey sauce by combining honey, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and onion powder in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once chicken is cooked and golden brown, drizzle the hot honey sauce over it and garnish with fresh herbs.
