Directions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken breasts with dill pickle juice in a large bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Breading Station: Set up three shallow bowls with seasoned flour, whisked eggs, and mixed breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Preheat Oil: In a skillet, heat enough cooking oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Dredge marinated chicken in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Fry the Chicken: Fry each breast for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature is 165°F (75°C).
