  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast diced
  • 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing or dressing of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and diced chicken breast.
  2. Layer the crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion on top of the lettuce and chicken.
  3. Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients, or serve it in layers for a beautiful presentation.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
