Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces, marinate with eggs, soy sauce, and white cooking wine for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the Chicken: In a ziplock bag, add cornstarch. Transfer marinated chicken, seal, and shake until coated.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry chicken pieces for 3-5 minutes until golden brown, then drain on paper towels.
  4. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, and honey. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Thicken Sauce: Mix cornstarch with cold broth, pour into sauce, and stir until thickened for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Combine: Add crispy chicken back into the skillet, stir to coat with sauce, and heat for another minute.
  7. Serve: Transfer to a platter, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, serve over steamed rice.
