Assembly Instructions
  1. Prepare the mozzarella by scoring the tops to create indents for olives.

  3. Slice the pepperoni stick into ¾-inch thick pieces for the base.
  4. Cut red bell pepper into 1-inch wedge-shaped pieces.
  5. Assemble skewers starting with a red pepper wedge, a slice of pepperoni, mozzarella ball, and another piece of pepperoni.
  6. Add thin slices of pepperoni at the base for stability.
  7. Chill skewers for at least 30 minutes before serving.
