- Start by bringing a medium pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the small tapioca pearls and reduce the heat to a gentle boil. Cook the pearls for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become entirely transparent.
- Once the tapioca pearls are cooked, remove them from heat and pour the mixture into a fine mesh strainer to rinse under cold water. Transfer the rinsed pearls to a large mixing bowl.
- In a blender, combine half of your chopped strawberries, the coconut milk, regular milk, and a splash of strawberry jam. Blend this mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Gently fold in the remaining chopped strawberries, sweetened condensed milk, and chewy coconut jellies to the tapioca mixture.
- Your Strawberry Sago is now ready to be served! Optionally, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour for enhanced flavors.
