  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated; nutritional yeast can be used for a vegan option
For Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Freshly ground preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare asparagus by trimming tough ends and cutting into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté over medium heat with olive oil for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, cook spaghetti according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, lower heat and add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth for 2-3 minutes. Gradually add reserved pasta water to reach desired consistency.
  4. Add drained spaghetti to the skillet, gently toss for 1-2 minutes on low heat until evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in lemon juice and grated Parmesan. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
