Preparation Steps
  1. Select a ripe banana with brown spots for optimal sweetness and flavor. Peel the banana and set it aside.
  2. Gather your base ingredients: the peeled ripe banana, milk of your choice, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. In a blender, combine the ripe banana, about one cup of milk, and two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk.
  4. Blend on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  5. Check the thickness; if you prefer a thinner drink, add more milk and blend again for 5 seconds.
  6. If you enjoy it chilled, prepare a glass with ice cubes before pouring in the drink.
  7. Optionally, garnish with a slice of banana or a sprig of mint, then enjoy!
