Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds lobster tails about 3-4 tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top, while keeping the shell attached at the base.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet. Pour the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, ensuring it is well coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
