- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk together cream of mushroom soup and milk in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Layer half of the potato slices, half of the beef mixture, and half of the soup mixture in a greased baking dish. Repeat the layers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 50 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes until top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
