Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blend 2 ripe bananas, 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon water until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour the filling into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Place on a flat baking sheet for stability.
  3. Freeze the molds for at least 4 hours until the filling is completely hardened.
  4. Melt 1 cup dark chocolate and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  5. Carefully remove the bars from the molds, dip each into the melted chocolate, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  6. Sprinkle your choice of toppings on the bars before the chocolate hardens.
  7. Transfer the bars to an airtight container and store in the freezer.
