Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Melt 1 cup of butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Mix granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined. Let cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time with vanilla extract.
  2. Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet mixture. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm.
  4. Once baked, cool in the pan completely on a wire rack. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with coconut oil until glossy for topping.
  5. Spread melted chocolate over cooled brownies. Melt ½ cup of white chocolate with gel food coloring, swirl on top, and finish with sprinkles and candy eggs.
