Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Season the Beef: Return the skillet with the cooked beef to medium heat, sprinkle in the taco seasoning, add 1/4 cup of water, stir to combine, and simmer for about 5–10 minutes until liquid evaporates.
  3. Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the seasoned beef with cream cheese and sour cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  4. Assemble the Pinwheels: Lay a tortilla flat, spread an even layer of the beef mixture on top, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.
  5. Roll the Tortillas: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly and use a serrated knife to slice into pinwheels, about an inch thick.
