Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
