Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheeseburger Flatbreads
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Brush the flatbreads with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Par-bake for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in American cheese until melted and creamy. Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on par-baked flatbreads, then add the beef and cheese mixture, red onions, and tomatoes.
- Return to the oven and bake for about 12–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden brown.
