  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and any other desired toppings

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the grill or skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster if desired.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you like. Serve immediately.
