Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise for the sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust to taste, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice for the sauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
  3. Thread the chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  4. Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  5. While the chicken is grilling, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  6. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the skewers with the Bang Bang sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping.
