Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 package 14.4 ounces graham crackers

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture on the bottom.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers over the whipped cream.
  4. Spread half of the remaining whipped cream over the graham crackers.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, and strawberries over the whipped cream layer.
  6. Drizzle half of the chocolate syrup over the fruit layer.
  7. Repeat the layers: add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining whipped cream, the rest of the fruit, and the remaining chocolate syrup.
  8. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, garnish with additional whipped cream, sliced bananas, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
