Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
Spread 1/4 cup of peanut butter evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
If using, drizzle honey over the peanut butter and sprinkle with cinnamon for added flavor.
Place a banana at one end of each tortilla and roll it up tightly, starting from the end with the banana.
If desired, sprinkle granola inside the roll before rolling for added crunch.
Slice each roll-up into bite-sized pieces or halves for easier eating.
