- 2 large naan breads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and brush each with olive oil.
- Spread half of the tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan.
- Top each naan with shredded chicken, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top of each naan, followed by dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh dill or parsley if desired.
- Slice and serve warm.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with roasted vegetables like bell peppers and zucchini.
