  • 2 cups kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, sliced kiwi, quartered strawberries, and blueberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  4. If using, sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad and toss lightly.
