A refreshing and easy-to-make Strawberry Lime Slush perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup lime juice (about 8–10 limes)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, lime juice, sugar, ice, and water.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and slushy, about 30-60 seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the slush and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar. Blend again if you add sugar.
- Pour the slush into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, consider adding 1/2 cup of coconut milk before blending.
- You can also substitute the strawberries with other berries like blueberries or raspberries for a different flavor profile.
