Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the chicken breast-side down on a cutting board.
- Using kitchen shears, cut along both sides of the backbone and remove it.
- Flip the chicken over and press down on the breast to flatten it.

- Place the chicken on the grill, skin-side up, and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
