- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
- While the chicken is heating, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Top with chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately.
