- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 1 cup watermelon, cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, raspberries, red grapes, and watermelon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad and give it one last gentle toss.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
