Instructions

- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top in a decorative pattern.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.
