Instructions

  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

  7. Arrange the sliced strawberries and blueberries on top in a decorative pattern.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the cheesecake to set.
  9. Once set, cut into squares and serve chilled.
