- 8 ounces burrata cheese
- 4 cups arugula
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

Instructions
- In a large serving bowl, layer the arugula as the base.
- Arrange the sliced peaches evenly over the arugula.
- Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and place it on top of the peaches.
- Sprinkle the toasted pecans and torn basil leaves over the salad.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze and olive oil over the entire salad.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, or chill for 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
