- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Gently toss the berries together to mix them evenly.
- If desired, drizzle honey over the mixed berries and gently fold it in to add a touch of sweetness.
- In serving bowls or a large serving dish, layer the berry mixture and top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added flavor.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for up to 30 minutes before serving for a refreshing treat.
