Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, mozzarella balls, and parsley.
  3. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
