Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with seasoned ground beef and cheddar cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough and topped with a buttery Parmesan mixture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and flatten it in your palm. Place a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center, then fold the beef around the cheese to form a ball. Repeat until all the beef mixture is used.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
  5. Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit, then fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
  6. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of the bombs.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
  • You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavor profiles.
