Description
Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized treats filled with seasoned ground beef and cheddar cheese, wrapped in flaky biscuit dough and topped with a buttery Parmesan mixture.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a small amount of the beef mixture (about 1 tablespoon) and flatten it in your palm. Place a teaspoon of shredded cheddar cheese in the center, then fold the beef around the cheese to form a ball. Repeat until all the beef mixture is used.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.
- Place a beef ball in the center of each biscuit, then fold the edges over and pinch to seal.
- Place the sealed bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture over the tops of the bombs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add a few dashes of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
- You can also substitute the cheddar cheese with mozzarella or pepper jack for different flavor profiles.
