Description
Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that combines the flavors of a cheeseburger with the convenience of crescent roll dough.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end, and place the roll-ups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley, if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
- You can also substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
