Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate it into triangles.
- Place a generous spoonful of the beef mixture at the wide end of each triangle. Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
- Place the roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a teaspoon of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
- Substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
