A refreshing drink recipe combining the flavors of Earl Grey tea and ginger, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons loose Earl Grey tea or 4 tea bags
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)
- 1 cup club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the loose Earl Grey tea or tea bags along with the grated ginger. Steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the tea mixture into a bowl or pitcher, discarding the tea leaves or bags and ginger.
- Stir in the honey while the tea is still warm, mixing until fully dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the tea mixture over the ice, filling each glass about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with club soda and gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a caffeine-free version, use decaffeinated Earl Grey tea.
- Add a splash of your favorite fruit juice, like cranberry or pomegranate, for a fruity twist.
