Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and diced chicken breast.
- Layer the crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion on top of the lettuce and chicken.
- Drizzle the ranch dressing over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients, or serve it in layers for a beautiful presentation.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
