Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup ranch dressing (or dressing of choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and diced chicken breast.
  2. Layer the crumbled bacon, chopped hard-boiled eggs, diced avocado, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, and sliced red onion on top of the lettuce and chicken.
