A delicious and creamy pasta salad made with ditalini pasta, perfect for summer gatherings or as a side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 cup ditalini pasta
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ditalini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooled pasta, bell peppers, red onion, and peas to the bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are coated with the dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like cucumbers or cherry tomatoes.
- This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
- Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less mayonnaise and sour cream.
