Description
A refreshing salad made with cucumbers and radishes, dressed in a creamy yogurt and dill sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and radishes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumber and radish mixture and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers or 1/4 cup of chopped red onion.
- For a lighter version, substitute the mayonnaise with an additional 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
