Description

A refreshing salad made with cucumbers and radishes, dressed in a creamy yogurt and dill sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and radishes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber and radish mixture and toss gently to coat all the vegetables evenly.
