- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14 oz) can coconut cream
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping, coconut cream, shredded coconut, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread the coconut mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle the toasted coconut on top for garnish. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- For a chocolate twist, add 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips to the coconut mixture.
- Substitute the graham cracker crust with a chocolate cookie crust for a richer flavor.
