  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine, spinach, or your choice)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and avocado.
