A delicious and easy recipe for Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 loaf of French bread (about 12 inches)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom. Hollow out some of the bread from the inside to create space for the filling.
  4. Drizzle the inside of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
  5. Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the bread. Place the top half back on.
  6. Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the filling is heated through.
  7. Remove from the oven, unwrap, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into portions.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
  • You can also substitute the chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
