A delicious and easy recipe for Cheesy Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread, perfect for a hearty meal.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 loaf of French bread (about 12 inches)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Slice the French bread in half lengthwise, creating a top and bottom. Hollow out some of the bread from the inside to create space for the filling.
- Drizzle the inside of the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with dried parsley if using.
- Spoon the chicken and bacon mixture evenly onto the bottom half of the bread. Place the top half back on.
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the filling is heated through.
- Remove from the oven, unwrap, and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into portions.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce to the filling.
- You can also substitute the chicken with shredded rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
