A delicious and easy recipe for Cheddar Ranch Chicken Burgers that combines ground chicken with sharp cheddar cheese and ranch dressing mix.

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and any other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease the grill or skillet with cooking spray or a small amount of oil.
- Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F and are golden brown.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster if desired.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you like. Serve immediately.

- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
- Substitute ground turkey or beef for the chicken if preferred, adjusting cooking times as needed.
