Ingredients

- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated carrots, raisins, and chopped walnuts.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, ground cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the carrot mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
