Description

A refreshing and delicious Berry Delight Parfait, perfect for summer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. If desired, drizzle with honey and gently toss to coat the berries. Set aside.
  2. In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt at the bottom of each glass.
  3. Add a layer of mixed berries (about 1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the berries.
  5. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a creamier texture, use Greek yogurt instead of regular yogurt.
  • You can substitute the granola with crushed nuts or seeds for added crunch.
  • For a sweeter parfait, add a layer of fruit preserves or a drizzle of maple syrup between the layers.
